Day 1 — Starting Over (Again), but This Time with Purpose
Share
I’m starting over for what feels like the thousandth time. But this time, it’s different. This time, I have no choice but to succeed.
In the past, I could lean on a stable job earned through my university degree, a comfortable safety net of savings, and a reliable support system. Today, I have none of that. What I do have are my two beautiful children—my 3.5-year-old daughter and my 18-month-old son. And for them, I would do anything.
Every ounce of my energy goes into their happiness and growth. By day, I work while they’re at daycare. By evening and weekend, I’m with them—meeting their needs, doing enriching activities, and trying to be the kind of present, positive role model they deserve. And by night, I chase my dream: building an online business that could one day allow me to quit my job and provide for us fully.
I’ve sacrificed sleep, sanity, and self-care. I’ve run on three hours of sleep for months. But just as momentum builds, something always derails me—sick kids, sleepless nights. It’s as if they instinctively know my attention is about to shift away, and life throws me back into their arms. And my partner? While he works hard and supports us financially, he doesn’t share this vision. He’s focused on today’s paycheck, not tomorrow’s possibilities.
Still, I press on.
I refuse to be a statistic. I refuse to believe that only child-free, privileged men get to succeed in business. Motherhood is not the end of ambition. It may look like I’m falling behind compared to the women my age who chose not to have kids—but I know that’s temporary. I’m raising two extraordinary human beings. And I’m building something of my own.
I want my kids to remember the bedtime stories and the bike lessons—but also the late-night laptop glow and the companies I built from nothing. I want to prove that you can be a dedicated parent and a bold entrepreneur.
After a few months of rest and reflection, I’m back—and this time I’m documenting it all. I’m starting with love, discipline, experience, and vision. But no million-dollar passive income streams (yet). That’s the journey I’m inviting you on.
If you're a mom with a dream, a woman with drive, or someone who refuses to follow the beaten path—I want to connect.
